The Xan House is a reviewed and improved 3d model of the one we used during the SOA Masterclass #14. The original project (by Mapa Architects) is located in Brasil, Xangrilà, on a 350 squared meters area, as a single-family residence. The duality of the building is defined by the ground floor, where social life meets the surrounding nature, and the first floor, more private and separated.
