The Xan House is a reviewed and improved 3d model of the one we used during the SOA Masterclass #14. The original project (by Mapa Architects) is located in Brasil, Xangrilà, on a 350 squared meters area, as a single-family residence. The duality of the building is defined by the ground floor, where social life meets the surrounding nature, and the first floor, more private and separated.

The Asa House is a reviewed and improved 3d model of the one we used during the SOA Masterclass #48. The original project (designed by the Bernardes Arquitetura Studio) is located in Brasil, Rio De Janeiro, on a 3385 square meters area, and “creates a ‘harmoniously contrasting’ relationship between landscape and architecture through the articulation of partially underground spaces and emerging transparent volumes” as the architect said.
